Let Your Worries Go
A resource to allow children to write down their worries onto balloons and internally pop their worries.
Do you have children who also worry and can’t get on with their work? Use this worksheet to allow them time to write those worries down into the balloons. Encourage the child to visualise popping those balloons and imagining their worries disappearing. This is a free item which is available as part of a Well Being series of 12 weeks of sessions.

Well Being - 12 weeks intervention
A Well Being collection of 12 sessions of 20 minutes duration. We use this once a week on a Wednesday (Well Being Wednesday) for 20 minutes. It is a series of activities to promote Well Being within schools aimed at ages 7-11. This resource contains a powerpoint and active inspire flipchart (both the same), worksheets needed (or links if they are free downloadable resources) and links to you tube videos/ you tube music.
